Hi there!
Hi, I’m Holly — the artist, doodler, sticker‑lover, and lifelong stationery girlie behind Post & Pencil.
I’ve been drawing and doodling off and on for years, most recently I’ve been creating seamless patterns and filling sketchbooks with illustrations that didn’t have a home yet. But I miss and love physical paper. I always have. As a kid, the stationery aisle was my dream destination, the place I begged to go, the place where everything felt possible.
💛 How It Started
My goddaughter is eight, peak sticker‑obsessed age, so I created a pretend kids’ snail mail club just for her. Every month I send a decorated envelope filled with stickers, games, and tiny paper treats.
But then I thought about her mom, who had been through so much over the past few years. And I realized something important:
Grown women need it too, maybe even more.
We’re juggling bills, work, responsibilities, and whatever fresh chaos adulthood throws at us. And yet… we’re still sticker‑girlies at heart. That joy of getting something cute in the mail never goes away.
💛 Why I Do This
Life is busy. Adulting is exhausting. We’re all carrying more than we say out loud.
No, my snail mail is not life‑changing, but it is definitely mood‑lifting.
A moment that feels like, “Oh… this is for me.”
It feels like a thoughtful packet of paper goodies from a friend, because that's exactly what it is.
I create monthly envelopes filled with hand‑drawn stationery, stickers, mini prints, coordinated little paper joys you can hold, feel, and enjoy without a screen.
Sometimes my work carries a little nostalgic edge, a nod to the era that raised me. Not a mass-produced vibe, but original pieces drawn and illustrated by a real person.
I hope you love it as much as I enjoy creating it!
