Hi, I’m Holly, the woman behind the mail.💌

I’m the artist, doodler, paper enthusiast, and lifelong stationery girlie who believes grown woman deserve more happy mail.

Which means I’m still the person who can lose an unreasonable amount of time in the stationery aisle.

Give me pretty paper, a good pen, a tiny illustration, a beautifully designed envelope?

I’m in.

I’ve been drawing for years, filling sketchbooks with doodles, illustrations, patterns, and approximately 47 ideas at any given time.

But I’ve always had a soft spot for paper.

There’s just something about getting something beautiful in the mail.

Something made by an actual person.

Something that says, “Hey. I saw this and thought of you.”

💌 How It Started 

It started with my goddaughter.

She’s eight, which means she is currently living her absolute best sticker life.

So I created a pretend snail mail club just for her. Every month, I’d make her an envelope filled with stickers, games, little surprises, and tiny paper treats.

And she loved it.

But then I started thinking about her mom.

She’d been through a lot over the past few years, and I had a realization:

Grown women need this too.

Maybe even more.

Because adulthood is a lot.

Bills. Work. Laundry. Responsibilities. To-do lists. Emails about other emails.

We get very good at being responsible.

But underneath all of that?

We’re still the girls who get excited about pretty paper.

We still love surprises.

We still want to feel remembered.

So I decided to make something for us.

Post & Pencil is my version of a little visit from your favorite friend, delivered through the mailbox.

Every month, I create a themed envelope filled with my original artwork, a personal letter, a mini art card, a horoscope, and a rotating collection of little paper goodies.

Everything is designed to coordinate, and everything is illustrated by me.

No mass-produced mystery box.

Just a little something lovely that shows up and makes an ordinary day feel a little better.

Because I think tiny joys count.

I think friendship deserves more than a group text.

And I think grown women are still allowed to get ridiculously excited when something fun shows up in the mailbox.
